After living in Illinois, upstate New York, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Florida, the allure of the West with its promises of spectacular scenery and wilderness adventure got too strong to resist for one who had finally decided to pursue a full time career in outdoor photography.  Living in Oregon has opened up exciting opportunities to photograph the Northwest’s dramatic seashores, white-capped mountains, wild rivers, high deserts, old growth forests and more.  This gallery is a small sampling of both the grandeur and intimacy of the Northwest’s landscapes and seascapes.
