This is a bunker studded fairway and green view beyond the hazard that is in play from the teeing ground of the 17th hole of the Old Macdonald Course of the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, Bandon, Oregon. Douglas fir and native shrubbery form the backdrop of the hole. Long hitters can go right over the hazard and the more conservative tee shot is to the left of the hazard. Carrying the hazard depends on the wind direction. Old Macdonald is the fourth course of the acclaimed Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. The course opened in 2010. Architects, Tom Doak and Jim Urbina.
