View from the back of the par 3 11th hole of the Pacific Dunes Course of the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, Bandon, Oregon. This is a short par 3 but still requires great care to not drop a shot into the Pacific Ocean or into the morass of grasses and bunkers on the steep dunes framing the hole on the east. This view also shows part of the 10th green and a portion of the 6th green of the Bandon Dunes Course. The tees for this course can be seen on the cliff edge above the ocean. This is this photographer’s favorite and most published and printed golf hole. The beach grasses in the foreground help the composition of this view.
