Multi-hued ocre seastars on an exposed low tide rock at dawn with Bandon Beach seastacks beyond. Visitors need to know not to disturb these vulnerable sea creatures. Coquille Point can be seen in the distance. These seastacks are part of the Oregon Islands National Wildlife Refuge off Bandon, Oregon on the Southern Oregon Coast.
